We aim to help those who have difficulties making traditional clinic appointments due to various barriers such as, transportation, day care, chronic illness, stigma, etc., by eliminating the need to go into an office.
Cornerstone connects individuals to independently contracted licensed counselors. Sometimes the counselors and clients will meet in a public place first, or one of our offices across the state, or pretty much wherever there is a need. Many of the counselors will meet their clients at playgrounds and play areas, where we can work with parents and children in a variety of active settings. They can also meet at coffee shops, libraries, hospitals, or most anywhere our clients are comfortable.
