You have an issue.
You are referred to Cornerstone Mobile Counseling
(By a friend or professional)
You call or text Cornerstone and speak directly with a coordinator
You answer a few basic questions
(Insurance, location, etc.)
< 2 HRS – A counselor texts or calls you and you set up the first appointment.
< 48 HRS – You have your first appointment with the counselor at your home or wherever you are most comfortable.
You and the counselor set up future appointments and begin rebuilding!
If you’re a community agency worker with a client who has obstacles to making traditional clinic appointments, or if you just want to refer them to a licensed, masters-level counselor who will respond quickly and have an appointment set within the next two days - then Cornerstone is worth a try for you and your client!
Referring one of your clients to Cornerstone is extremely easy - there’s no extra paperwork and no long referral process. You can give your client our phone number and suggest they give us a call or text, or you can call us yourselves and set them up by just answering some basic questions.
Cornerstone thrives on community partnership. The counselors we contract with are from the communities they serve, and they strive to work within the continuum of care, so that a client is taken care of in every way possible. They often continue working closely with the provider that referred the client to them.
